| A- We usually ship within 48 hours if the product is in inventory. In back-order cases, it can take from 4-8 weeks to receive new shipments into our warehouse. We will notify you if this is the case. |

| A- As safe as your on-line banking. We use a secure line with SSL to ensure your orders and credit card information is protected. Information is encrypted and ordering on-line has become both simple and secure. |

| A- Please refer to the "Order" page for product cost. Shipping costs will vary and will be detailed during your "Check out" process. Sales tax is charged for Nevada orders only. |

| Q- Isn't this similar to a product I saw from Japan last year? |
| A- Not really. That product was half of a buttoned shirt that was filled. People say they love "My GuyTM" because "He's no stuffed shirt!" "My GuyTM" is a pillowcase that allows you to insert your favorite standard pillow. His full torso makes him much more realistic and huggable. |

| Q- Why is the arm offered separately? |
| A- Our customers indicated a preference for flexibility. Some people would like just the chest pillowcase without any arms, some with two! The ingenious design allows for an arm to be securely inserted on either or both sides. |

| Q- Can I use my own pillow in the "My GuyTM" pillowcase? |
| A- Absolutely! "My GuyTM" was specifically designed so people could use their favorite standard size pillow inside the padded pillowcase. |

| Q- Can I put clothes on "My GuyTM"? |
| A- Sure! Dressing "My GuyTM" can be a lot of fun. With your standard pillow inserted into the pillowcase, "My GuyTM" is a men's size large. A T-shirt or pajama top should fit just right and add to the variety of your huggable hunk. |

| A- The padded pillowcase is fully washable. |

| Q- Is "My GuyTM" offered in any other color? |
